Lloyd and Elise head over to the second building and up to the fourth floor. Finding the correct apartment, Elise knocks on the door and waits.

Elise is out wandering the Nexus at the moment, mostly bored and pondering if she should give in and go check the bookstore for the third time this week for that damn book she had ordered for. Yeah, the book was hard to get a hold of, but three weeks just felt like too much! She's chatting with Lloyd as she strolls along (who for once seems marginally relaxed!) and keeping an eye out for...well, pretty much anything, really. :|a

Settling in

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
After a trip to a healer to get Lloyd fixed up, Elise had taken the both of them back to her apartment so Lloyd could install her keycrest. It hadn't been painful at all, though removing the false frame had been more than slightly uncomfortable. After they'd finished replacing the keycrest (how it just...clung to the skin like that, of its own accord! It was just freaky) Elise followed Lloyd's advice and took a very long rest...which honestly she rather needed after a day like that.

Escaping with Lloyd

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
Elise came to slowly, moaning in pain from the strike to her skull. Goddamn, how had that guy have swung so fast...?

Suddenly the rest of what had happened came rushing back to her and she sat up quickly, though she quickly clasped her mouth as the nausea from such a sudden movement set in. Shit, she was in trouble now...she could just hear Alice scolding her in the back of her head. Damnit, how could she have messed up so badly?

A faint twinge alerted her to another change, and she turned her flesh hand over to look at the back. There on her skin was a blue gem much the same as the one Mithos wore, framed by a simple golden triangle that was attached to her flesh by...some means, but hell if she could figure out what. There didn't seem to be any screws, not that she could see, and somehow she doubted that they'd just use glue for something like this. "...damnit. How much time do I have now?"

Elise's Capture

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
The day was a sunny one, spring sunshine piercing the cool air to heat the ground and crowd below milling about the Sign. One of those number in the crowd, Elise Elric, prowled along with a worried scowl across her features, glancing about as she listened for any possible clues to where in hell her portal had gone. It had been three months now she was stuck in the Nexus, suddenly whisked away from the train platform and her sister's side to this strange and unfamiliar world. ...well, she wasn't exactly sure it could be called a world; dimension would probably be more accurate. But that didn't change the fact that she was stranded with no way back, and no means of communication home.
